Adobe Licenses renew this month

This month your Adobe licenses with ABHMS will be renewed. You may receive a notice from Adobe notifying you of this update.

Remember, your Adobe email is the same as your ABHMS email, but it’s not the same account. So if you‘ve changed the password you used to log into your email or computer, it’s not the same as the password you used for Adobe.

It is worth taking the time to share a couple of notes relating to our use of Acrobat.

First, we have different licenses for Adobe products across the org. The extreme majority of staff have access to Adobe Acrobat Professional - the full-featured paid version of Acrobat for managing, creating, merging, combining, and using digital signatures (and more) with PDF documents. A few staff members have additional products licensed to them from the Adobe Creative Suite.

Secondly, everyone at ABHMS gets access to several pieces of software. (We’ve shared this in the past at All Staff Summits and for every new staff member.)

As stated above, they are separate accounts with separate passwords for now - although in the future you will be able to access them all through one account.
